Two Ways to Use Hubdoc
Hubdoc offers flexibility depending on your needs:
- Upload Only Mode
Use Hubdoc as a secure repository for bills, receipts, and invoices. This is ideal if you want to store documents for compliance (keeping documents for 7 years) and easy retrieval by yourself or your accountant, no more searching for those invoices we always ask for.
- Upload and Publish to Xero
Go a step further by publishing bills payable directly into Xero. Hubdoc extracts key details (supplier, date, amount) and creates a bill in Xero, complete with the source document attached. You can even set certain bills to auto sync that zero-touch experience.
