Brayden joined the YHPJ team in 2014 after completing his Bachelor of Management Studies from the University of Waikato and further gained his Chartered Accountant qualification in 2018. Born and raised on a sheep and beef farm just north of Dargaville, Brayden has deep roots in the Kaipara District and a strong commitment to supporting its people and businesses.

Brayden specialises in helping Dargaville businesses grow and thrive, drawing on both his professional expertise and practical rural background. He values building strong, genuine relationships with clients and enjoys working alongside them to develop solutions tailored to their goals.

Brayden became a director of YHPJ in April 2026.

Outside of work, Brayden makes the most of everything the West Coast has to offer and enjoys spending time with family and friends. And if he’s not out and about, you’ll likely find him at the Kaihu Rugby Club—whether he’s on the field, cheering from the sidelines, or helping keep the team hydrated.
